    We will have an informative and interactive conversation in order to gain insight into:

    • The current and near term development opportunities for the panelists, and a general outlook for all development in metro St. Louis.
    • How to maximize  the relationship between contractors and owners / developers.

    Discussion will include time for Q&A at the end of 20-30 minute presentation.

    The Human Side of Construction is a seminar dedicated to exploring the connections between human behavior and financial performance within the commercial construction industry.

    In addition, there will be a significant discussion on the Construction Industry’s economic history and current indicators that provide a reliable forecast of the timing and depth of our next economic cycle.

    Alongside the economic forecast will be three strategies to prepare your company for the future.

    We will cover a broad range of topics dedicated to subcontractors: contract terms, negotiation and critical risk assessment surrounding the relationship between the GC/CM and subcontractor.

She began her career with a national insurance company as a commercial bond underwriter and has since held various management and executive level positions in the industry. Marley serves as speaker and teacher at commercial construction seminars and conferences throughout the country.
