He began his career with AFWC in 1999, the same year he attended his first ASA Midwest Council meeting. He was named President of AFWC in 2011. Over the years, he has served ASA Midwest Council in various positions both at the committee and executive levels, including Chapter President in 2005.

For more than 25 years, Rose Kastrup has been building her career as a respected risk management and safety professional in the transportation industry. She spent much of those years working for individual carriers before becoming an independent consultant working with all types of transportation companies, vendors and associations around Missouri and the surrounding states and currently serves as the CEO of CSA Advisors, LLC. She holds the designation of Certified Director of Safety through the North American Transportation Management Institute, and serves as co-chair of the ASA Midwest Council's Safety Committee.

Rob Rolves is the president of Foreman Fabricators, Inc., a custom metal fabricator of decorative and ornamental metals. Foreman Fabricators’ specializes in stainless steel, aluminum and brass, bronze and copper fabrications. He joined the company in 1990.

Meeh is a full service HVAC/Mechanical Contractor, that was founded in 1910. As a 5th generation company, R.F. Meeh prides itself on its high quality work, customer focus, and innovative approaches.

Stephanie Woodcock is president and creative director of Too Creative. She and her team of creative design and messaging professionals are based in St. Louis, Missouri and have been providing marketing services to the building community (and a few others not contractor related) since 2012. She is a column contributor for St. Louis CNR Magazine, a committee member of St. Louis Children's Hospital's KIDstruction, and Brand Development Committee Chair of ASA Midwest Council.

Susan possesses extensive association management, marketing, and event planning experience, which she utilizes to support a dynamic & energetic chapter of construction industry professionals. Susan has served as the executive director of the ASA Midwest Council since 2011.

Dick has represented ASA Midwest Council continuously for 25 years where he drafts ASA legislation, reviews subcontract forms, presents seminars and attends to ASA’s legal affairs.
