She spent much of those years working for individual carriers before becoming an independent consultant working with all types of transportation companies, vendors and associations around Missouri and the surrounding states and currently serves as the CEO of CSA Advisors, LLC. She holds the designation of Certified Director of Safety through the North American Transportation Management Institute, and serves as co-chair of the ASA Midwest Council's Safety Committee.
