She and her team of creative design and messaging professionals are based in St. Louis, Missouri and have been providing marketing services to the building community (and a few others not contractor related) since 2012. She is a column contributor for St. Louis CNR Magazine, a committee member of St. Louis Children's Hospital's KIDstruction, and Brand Development Committee Chair of ASA Midwest Council.

Susan possesses extensive association management, marketing, and event planning experience, which she utilizes to support a dynamic & energetic chapter of construction industry professionals. Susan has served as the executive director of the ASA Midwest Council since 2011.

Dick has represented ASA Midwest Council continuously for more than 25 years where he drafts ASA legislation, reviews subcontract forms, presents seminars and attends to ASA’s legal affairs.
