ASA Midwest Council is a construction trade association of specialty contractors and suppliers serving the construction industry and the community. Our purpose is to improve the construction process through education, advocacy, and collaboration.

Chris Sauer is Project Manager at TJ Wies Contracting, Inc., a company that specializes in commercial interior gypsum board systems, exterior cold formed framing, and acoustical ceilings. Chris has been with TJ Wies for 20 years.

Dan Tucker has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years.  He started as an apprentice and worked his way to be a shareholder at MC Service.  MC Service is a full service HVAC Mechanical Contractor that prides themselves on customer service.

Dennis Voss currently serves as president of G&S Architectural Products, a provider and installer of specialty building products for the commercial, educational and healthcare industries. The company specializes in acoustical panels, visual display boards, window treatments and a variety of other interior building products. Dennis has been with G&S Architectural Products for 21 years.

Mark specializes in construction subcontractors and the companies that supply them. His practice has been a member of ASA Midwest Council for more than twenty years.

Rich is Group Manager/Project Director for the St. Louis Regional Group for Sachs Electric, a national electrical contracting, communications, instrumentation, and engineering company recognized as an industry leader in power generation, industrial installations, healthcare and research facilities, commercial buildings, and all types of advanced technology projects.

Rose Kastrup

For more than 25 years, Rose Kastrup has been building her career as a respected risk management and safety professional in the transportation industry. She spent much of those years working for individual carriers before becoming an independent consultant working with all types of transportation companies, vendors and associations around Missouri and the surrounding states and currently serves as the CEO of CSA Advisors, LLC. She holds the designation of Certified Director of Safety through the North American Transportation Management Institute, and serves as co-chair of the ASA Midwest Council's Safety Committee.

Bill is Vice President of Grant Masonry Contracting.  Bill has been with Grant for over 12 years, a third generation family owned masonry contracting company.  Bill manages the estimating department and also serves as project manager for its larger projects.

Scott is the president of Meyer painting company LLC., the business he founded 1996.  Meyer Painting Co. works on small to large commercial and light industrial painting projects, specializing in large tilt up and tenant finish projects with the focus on customer needs and scheduling.  Meyer Painting Co. also provides product specification tailored to the clients needs, working directly with their suppliers.

Ryan Spell is the Vice President of Precision Analysis, Inc. Ryan has been with Precision for 19 years, and the business has been operating for over 28 years. Precision Analysis, Inc. is a family owned company performing consulting on asbestos, lead and mold.

Susan possesses extensive association management,  marketing, and event planning experience, which she utilizes to support a dynamic & energetic chapter of construction industry professionals. Susan has served as the executive director of the ASA Midwest Council since 2011.
