Mr. James N. Foster, Jr., Senior Partner | McMahon Berger, P.C. James is the Senior Partner with McMahon Berger with more than 40 years of experience in private practice representing management in all facets of labor and employment law. James has appeared twice before the United States Supreme Court. He represents employers across the United States before the NLRB, EEOC, and other federal and state enforcement agencies. James litigates employment discrimination claims in Federal and State courts and before administrative agencies and Arbitrators. He advises clients on personnel policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, and similar human resources matters.
Mr. Timothy W. Bubenik |McMahon Berger, P.C. As an Attorney with McMahon Berger, Timothy works on behalf of management to investigate and respond to employee claims and litigates claims under Federal and State laws. He represents employers nationwide before federal and state agencies including the DOL, EEOC, and NLRB. Timothy advises clients on day-to-day human resources issues, employee handbook issues, employment contracts, and similar matters. Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Timothy spent six years with the U.S. Department of Labor working on issues including employment discrimination and harassment, affirmative action, occupational safety and health, and wage and hour issues.
