January’s monthly membership lunch meeting will feature a panel of experts
for a discussion on Project and Personnel Performance & Efficiency.
Speakers will include superintendents and project managers
from local general contractors and subcontractors.
Our experts will answer questions in relation to field operations,
information processing and preferred communication platforms.
Topics to be Covered:
Schedule delays and development
Communication tools that are becoming standard/best practices
Adjusting to unforeseen project issues
Maximizing coordination with project supervision.
Who Should Attend?
Subcontractor owners, project managers, project supervisors,
material and equipment suppliers.
Join us for LUNCH and our speaker series
Cost is $25 for ASA Members which includes lunch and programming.
We will hold a condensed BPI session for sub members.
