The CARES Act provided for Paycheck Protection Program Loans obtained by many contractors. 
This presentation will provide guidance on:

  • Loan Forgiveness, understanding:
    * Allowable uses
    * What is covered by “payroll costs”.
    * What is allowable in other costs
    * The covered period
  • The Loan Forgiveness Application
    * How to complete the application
    * Documentation that should be maintained
  • Loan Forgiveness process

In addition, the CARES Act was recently modified by the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act.
The webinar will discuss the changes in the loan forgiveness provisions caused by this new legislation as well as recent pronouncements by the SBA.
