THE HUMAN SIDE OF CONSTRUCTION
The Human Side of Construction is a seminar dedicated to exploring the connections between human behavior and financial performance within the commercial construction industry.
In addition, there will be a significant discussion on the Construction Industry’s economic history and current indicators that provide a reliable forecast of the timing and depth of our next economic cycle.
Alongside the economic forecast will be three strategies to prepare your company for the future.
We will cover a broad range of topics dedicated to subcontractors: contract terms, negotiation and critical risk assessment surrounding the relationship between the GC/CM and subcontractor.
