AJ Ford is a Past President of ASA Midwest Council as the then Director of Marketing at Budrovich.  He is currently the President of Marketeer Inc., a St. Louis based marketing firm. Marketeer helps small to mid-sized business owners save time & money, and grow their businesses as an outsourced marketing department. AJ is also a StoryBrand Certified Guide. He can be reached at

Stephanie Woodcock is president and creative director of Too Creative. She and her team of graphic and web designers are based in St. Louis, Missouri and have been providing marketing services to the building industry for ten years. She works with construction companies, large and small, who need market presence, creative communication, and brand strategy. Stephanie is a column contributor for St. Louis Construction News & Review magazine, committee member of St. Louis Children’s Hospital KIDstruction, and brand development committee chair of American Subcontractors Association-Midwest Council.  She can be reached at [email protected].

2022 Economic Outlook presentation will include:

1. An outline of expectations for economic growth, inflation, interest rates, and unemployment in the US
2. Provide an outlook for labor and material costs in the real estate/construction industry.
3. Discuss expectations for commercial and residential real estate activity (and valuations) in the local economy.
4. Presentation will include data specific to markets in MO (STL, KC, Columbia/Jeff City, Springfield, etc.)
5. Q & A

Our speaker will be Mr. Patrick O’Neal, CFA,  SVP, Senior Portfolio Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust.  Mr. O’Neal has worked in the investment industry for over 20 years. At Enterprise Patrick is Head of Investment Research and Senior Portfolio Manager. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia College.  Patrick is a CFA Charter Holder and an active volunteer for the CFA Institute.  He is a former President of the CFA Society of Saint Louis and currently serves as a Director for the organization.

Did you know there are many families in the STL area going to bed hungry each night? A look at Food Insecurity in the St. Louis Region shows roughly 850,000 people are facing food insecurity in the state of Missouri alone, and that includes about 220,000 kids under the age of 18.
