    A key initiative of the ASA is to provide resources to recruit and train next generation of workers.
    A  panel of experts from associations, schools companies and unions will provide their insight into how they are
    recruiting and training the next generation of workers.   The discussion will focus on best practices for the St Louis region.

    Panelists include but not limited to:
